Weekly work digest for July 19-25!
In a week we:
– closed 93 address requests (more than 465 people, more than half of them are children)
– sent 39+ parcels by mail
– unloaded more tons of aid
“I am an IDP from Kharkiv, I have lived with my daughter for 2.2 years, our house in Kharkiv came under shelling, we had to leave, thanks to people who helped, we don’t have our car, we can’t go back, our district (Industrialny) is under constant shelling ( (. The IDP was issued, but there are no payments, the only income is child support of UAH 860 per month. Now we live in a building that has not been inhabited for a long time, thank you people for allowing it, it is very difficult” – the story of Olena, who also received help from the Fund last week.
For each of the 93 families, we spent roughly UAH 2,500-3,000. The humanitarian kit includes food, hygiene products, medicines, baby food and diapers, and sometimes toys and clothes.
We are currently working on new requests, of which there are already 800+, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
