Anzhelika is a girl who has lost both her parents and is under the care of her aunt.
She has a hearing impairment and is hard of hearing. This makes it dangerous for her to go to school (she can’t hear cars) and it is difficult for her to communicate with her classmates and teachers.
Anzhelika needed special hearing aids, which Lyubov could not pay for on her own. She takes care of the girl alone, so it was difficult to do it on her own. The local village council was also unable to help, so the woman turned to us as part of a project to provide targeted support for children raised in family-based care (from the application form we published earlier).
Thanks to the support of our benefactors, Anzhelika can hear now! We are grateful that despite the war, the girl has a chance for a normal childhood with the laughter of her classmates and the singing of birds.
We thank everyone who supports our projects. Thanks to you, there will be more such good stories!
