😱 STRESS IN CHILDREN. How to help:

In today’s world, there are many situations that can cause stress in children.

It is worth knowing how to support a child and help him recover 🤗

What can be done:

✅ if possible, follow the daily routine (start with restoring the diet and sleep patterns)

✅ if possible, add games, family traditions, and activities that cause positive emotions

Additional actions:

😉 the child can draw their emotions or events

😉 can play in the sand and play the event scenario or alternate options

😉 has the right to be alone more often or, on the contrary, to communicate more than before.

❗ It`s important to remember that children feel the condition of adults. So, first of all the adults have to restore their condition, take responsibility and adults` role, not the role of a child.

👉 Children and teenagers need to talk about what happened according to their age, answer their questions with a desire to support. At the same time, do not tell a lot of information

👉 Don`t talk about terrible events in detail in front of your children, don’t show them the news or discuss it. Children’s psyche is a delicate area that needs support 🫂
