The reason is known – disconnection of electricity, gas and heat due to Russian shelling of critical infrastructure, lack of funds due to the war.
But orphans, children with disabilities who live in boarding schools, foster families and FTO are in a special risk zone.
In order to help these children survive the cold winter, we are launching a charity campaign Warm!
