Support for family forms of childcare: Savchuk’s FTO

The Savchuk family-type orphanage brings up 6 orphans. Before the war, they lived in the town of Oleshky, Kherson region, and with the outbreak of full-scale war, they experienced many horrors. In April 2022, they moved to a village in the Lviv region – to a house with no conditions for children, no water, no electricity and no heating. There was no shower or bathroom in the house.

The family lives with dreams of returning home, but now the children need comfort and safety. The parents arranged a shower in the house on their own, and needed plumbing and a boiler for the bathroom. They couldn’t take anything from their home for comfort, so they don’t even have a TV. Or rather, they didn’t have one.

But now they have it! A boiler, a toilet and even a TV. So that after a hard day, the family can get together to watch a film, and the children can learn and develop.

We thank our benefactors for supporting this and other stories! Together we are restoring faith in the best to these families.
