The Kurta family-type orphanage has been operating for over 10 years. Now the family is raising 10 orphans.
«‘We are like a beehive – noisy and fun,’» – says the mother-carer 💙
‘Now these children are happy and brought up in care. But they still feel the consequences of the moments they experienced in their previous lives, have psychological trauma, and there are children with disabilities in the family.
The foster parents applied to us as part of a project to provide targeted support to children raised in foster care (from the application form we published earlier).
Due to the children’s health conditions, there is a need for bed linen and a washing machine – the main assistant that works several times a day. The old machine can no longer handle such volumes. Therefore, this is not only about convenience for the mother, but first and foremost about the health and comfort of the children.
Thanks to the support of philanthropists, we bought a washing machine for the family and a set of bed linen for each child! Thank you! Thank you for supporting stories like these, in which there is room for good!
