Why is this necessary?

During the full-scale war in Ukraine, it has become even more difficult for families to care for their children and provide them with everything they need, as the state often does not give parents sufficient resources and support. Parents burn out from exhaustion and stress, lack of support, and difficulties in helping their children adapt.
